Article Preparation

  • Manuscript Submission
Manuscripts must follow the provided TEMPLATE and be submitted as a soft copy in Microsoft Word format.

  • Title Page

  • Abstract and Keywords
Abstracts for research articles, literature reviews, and case reports must be written in Indonesian and English, with a maximum of 250 words. The abstract should concisely reflect the format of Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion (IMRAD). Select 3-5 keywords to aid in indexing.

  • Article Text
The article text must be structured into sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. Use Arial font size 9 with 1.5 line spacing. The manuscript length must not exceed 10 pages, including References.

  • Tables
Tables should be sequentially numbered and formatted in Arial size 8 with single spacing. Each table must have a concise title. Explanations and abbreviations should be included in the table footnotes, not in the title. A maximum of 4 tables is allowed. Tables should only use horizontal lines, with data groups separated by horizontal lines as needed.

  • Figures
Figures must be embedded in the manuscript. Identifiable images or illustrations must have written consent for publication. Figures should be numbered sequentially as they appear in the text. A maximum of 4 figures is allowed.

  • Acknowledgments
Acknowledgments may be given to contributors to the research.

  • References
References must follow the Vancouver citation style (superscript) if using Mendeley, listed sequentially as they appear in the text, not alphabetically. Include a maximum of 6 authors; if more, list the first 6 followed by "et al." The reference count should range between 20-30, with at least 80% from the last 10 years. Use primary sources as much as possible and avoid secondary sources. Abstracts should not be used as references. Articles pending publication should be cited as "in press."

Avoid using personal communication unless the information cannot be obtained from other sources. In such cases, include the source's name, date of communication, written consent, and confirmation of accuracy.
