Hubungan Personal Hygiene Dengan Kejadian Enterobiasis Pada Anak Usia 6-12 Tahun Di Panti Asuhan Kota Padang

Enterobiasis merupakan penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh Enterobius vermicularis. Infeksi dapat terjadi pada anak-anak dalam kelompok yang hidup bersama seperti panti asuhan. Salah satu faktor yang meningkatkan risiko enterobiasis adalah personal hygiene yang buruk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan hubungan personal hygiene dengan kejadian enterobiasis pada anak usia 6-12 tahun di panti asuhan Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan desain cross sectional yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2017 sampai Maret 2018. Penelitian dilakukan pada anak usia 6-12 tahun di 13 panti asuhan Kota Padang. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Personal hygiene dinilai dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan kejadian enterobiasis dinilai dengan pemeriksaan anal swab. Metode analisa data adalah uji Chi-square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% atau nilai p<0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kejadian enterobiasis sebesar 18% dan yang memiliki personal hygiene yang baik sebesar 59%. Uji statistika antara personal hygiene dengan kejadian enterobiasis menggunakan uji Chi-square didapatkan nilai p= 0,747. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara personal hygiene dengan kejadian enterobiasis.Downloads
